Yeah, except the problem here is that Miranda was created to be a fucking sex object, and Grunt most certainly wasn't. I swear her ass spends more time on the screen than her face does. This isn't about her sharing similar origins with Grunt, it's about her being a perpetuation of everything that's wrong with videogame women, and the trope of "creating the perfect woman" in general. This trope isn't nearly as often applied to men of any species in any medium, so comparing them doesn't really leave you with a sound argument. That, and she's written fairly poorly.
